1. About Us
Misu & More is a premium dessert brand specializing in handcrafted, freshly baked and made-to-order desserts including Tiramisu, Basque Cheesecakes, Cookie Tins, Brownies, Tres Leches, Cakes, Cinnamon Rolls and other seasonal delicacies.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All products are freshly prepared only after an order is successfully placed.
Unlike mass-produced bakery items, we do not keep most desserts in ready stock. Each order enters our preparation process, including baking, assembling, decorating, quality inspection, packaging and dispatch.
Because every product is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, colour, texture or decoration may occur. These variations are natural and do not affect product quality or taste.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Successful payment (for prepaid orders), or
- Confirmation from our team (where applicable).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Delivery limitations
- Payment issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Preparation Time
Since every dessert is freshly made:
- Orders require preparation time before dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, order volume and delivery location.
- During weekends, festivals and special occasions, preparation time may be longer than usual.
We appreciate your patience as every dessert is prepared with care.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within selected serviceable locations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- High order volume
- Courier delays
- Unforeseen circumstances
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery information.
6. Freshness & Storage
Our desserts are perishable products.
Customers should:
- Refrigerate products immediately upon delivery where applicable.
- Follow the storage instructions provided with the order.
- Consume products within the recommended time for the best taste and quality.
Misu & More shall not be responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has started.
Once baking or preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible as the products are freshly made specifically for your order.
8. Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases such as:
- Order cancelled by Misu & More
- Product unavailable
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly damaged during delivery
Refund requests must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with photographs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.
9. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of bakery and dessert products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
10. Product Images
Product photographs are for representation purposes.
Since every dessert is handcrafted, actual products may slightly differ in:
- Decoration
- Garnishing
- Colour
- Shape
- Presentation
11. Allergens
Our products may contain or come in contact with:
- Milk
- Wheat
- Gluten
- Eggs (where applicable)
- Soy
- Tree nuts
- Peanuts
- Chocolate
- Coffee

12. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
